The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman, Mohsin Naqvi, revealed that the squad for the upcoming series against New Zealand will be announced on April 9.
The T20I series starts on April 18 with five matches, three in Rawalpindi and two in Lahore, ending on April 27.
The 18-member squad will be announced in a press conference on April 14, with Imad Wasim and Mohammed Amir expected to join.
Other likely players are Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Shadab Khan, and more including Abbas Afridi for spin.
Haris Rauf's injury might keep him out, while UAE's Usman Khan is set to join due to his PSL 9 performance.
Team management officials' names will be announced soon, including the assistant coach after April 20.
